A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa. The sleeping room rate is $118.00 per night (plus a 6-percent state tax, 2-percent convention and visitor’s bureau assessment tax, and $9.95 resort fee per room per night, for a total of $137.39 per night) for single or double occupancy. To receive this room rate, please make your hotel reservations no later than April 5, 2010. The sleeping room rate is available for reservations between Friday, June 4 and Saturday, June 12, 2010. Hotel Policies

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must notify the hotel 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours in advance will incur a financial penalty of one night’s room and tax.

A major credit card or debit card will be needed to guarantee your room reservation. The hotel check-in time is 4 p.m., and the checkout time is 11 a.m.
