Please register for the Advancing the Science & Practice of Cumulative Risk Assessment Workshop by clicking here. Workshop registrations will be accepted until July 14, 2009 on a space-available basis. Participants who register for the workshop will receive a confirmation notice and other relevant information in advance of the workshop. If you do not receive your confirmation within one week of submission, please call Donna Jackson at BLH Technologies, Inc. at (240) 399-8726 or send her an e-mail at djackson@blhtech.com. If you miss the deadline, registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.
Please note: There is no registration fee for this workshop.
General Workshop Information
Attire
Casual or business-casual attire is appropriate for all events at the Advancing the Science & Practice of Cumulative Risk Assessment Workshop. Because meeting room temperatures can vary, we recommend that you bring a light jacket or sweater with you to all workshop sessions.
Cell Phones
During the conference sessions, cell phones should be turned off or put on a silent or vibrate mode to minimize disruption for presenters and participants.
Contacting a Workshop Participant
If your colleagues or family need to reach you during the workshop, they may contact the Region 5 Conference Facility front desk at (312) 886-9404 and ask for the Advancing the Science & Practice of Cumulative Risk Assessment Workshop registration desk. In an extreme emergency, a workshop staff member will attempt to locate you in the workshop sessions. For nonemergencies, messages will be taken and posted on the message board near the registration desk.
